Job Satisfaction

Looking from Blagdon Hill at the ‘Bald Spot’ it is now possible to see the benefits of the work we have been doing. This meadow has been shrinking over the years as the edges creep in. Now on the lefthand side it can be seen that the meadow area has been increased. In the fist photo, look below and to the left to the two tall silver birches.

Bald Spot in March.

In the lower meadows, where we were working last year, in the areas that have been cleared of bramble and regrowth our rewards are already beginning to show. The first of the primrose, with plenty of other plants still to come!
